FAQ’s

Are all of the products on your website in stock?

We endeavour to have all the products listed on the website in stock at all times. Most of the products are in stock and ready to dispatch to you but from time to time we are out of stock due to the products being a seasonal item.

Do you have a retail store / showroom I can visit?

Yes - you can find us in store at Sportys Warehouse Building 32 Strathaird Rd Bundall Gold Coast.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

All orders placed before 2pm (Qld Time) are usually dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday)  

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you should receive an email which will contain a tracking number and a link so you can track where it is. Please note that we will send these notifications throughout the day and the tracking number is not usually registered at Auspost until after 5pm. If your tracking number does not work immediately or says that it is invalid, don't worry, try again after a few hours. Here is the link to where you can Track Your Order. If your tracking number still says invalid after 24 hours please contact us enquiries@ballsports.com.au or 07 55262877
